​RETURN POLICY:
All the orders we receive are immediately processed and are made with freshly cut flowers which are delivered on the requested date. For this reason, we do not allow returns and exchanges. We ask that all our customers thoroughly read through their orders to make sure there are no problems before submitting. Thank you for your cooperation.

SHIPPING POLICY:
To guarantee the best quality, we ask that customers place their orders at least 24 hours prior to the desired date of delivery. Prices of parking fees are not included. Unless the customer pays for the parking costs, we will not deliver to areas that require a parking fee. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, airport (Terminal 1 & 3) or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in market. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
