A. All our fresh cut flowers are inspected to meet our standard of quality, freshness, and variety. The site allows you to see what you are ordering, which is what you will receive. Flower is seasonal, if a kind of flower can not be find in the market at the time you order, a greater quality and appearance flower will be provided in stead, sometimes it is on our cost.
Q. Is my information safe on this website?
A. Your information is as safe as if it were at a local bank. All of our payments are processed via Paypal (Credit cards/Debit cards as well) so you can rest-assured that even we do not have access to your payment information, while guaranteeing that your payment information is in safe hands.

A. Here is our Return Policy: All the orders we receive are immediately processed and are made with freshly cut flowers which are delivered on the requested date. For this reason, we do not allow returns and exchanges once made. Sometimes cancellation can be made as long as the order is not processed. A. Yes, please contact us via email or phone to discuss your request, for most designs, we can make it happen especially when you provide pictures.
Q. What is your delivery policy
A. To guarantee the best quality, we ask that customers place their orders at least 24 hours prior to the desired date of delivery. We provide on time delivery to all locations in GTA.
Please be noticed that prices of parking fees are not included. Unless the customer pays for the parking costs, we will not deliver to areas that require a parking fee. Thank you of your understanding.
